• Represents clients in general business litigation, including contract disputes, premises liability, and landlord tenant issues.
• Represented major pharmaceutical and medical device corporations in a variety of matters, including diet drug litigation and implant device litigation. Prepared multiple complex pharmaceutical cases for mediation.
• Litigated Federal and California environmental actions, focusing primarily on NEPA and CEQA violations.
