Several orders granting summary judgment in favor of
insurers on claims of bad faith, punitive damages, and
breach of plans governed by ERISA.

Eighteen years defending insurance carriers in actions
involving breach of contract, breach of the covenant of
good faith and fair dealing, unfair business practices
under California Business and Professions Code 17200,
and ERISA. Particular specialties include disability,
life, and health insurance as well as property and casualty
insurance. Tried cases in State and Federal Courts on
behalf of insurance carriers.
