Successes and Achievements

• Obtained dismissal of disability discrimination
lawsuit in federal court with successful motion to dismiss
on statute of limitations grounds.
• Successfully drafted and argued motions for
summary judgment and partial summary judgment in several
cases involving issues of premises liability, employment
discrimination, breach of contract, conspiracy, wrongful
termination, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction
of emotional distress in both state and federal courts.
• Settled lawsuit on behalf of employer and successfully
recouped $70,000.00 wrongfully retained by former employee.
• Settled lawsuit filed by employee against supervisor
and employer alleging negligence and battery for $4,000.00
before incurring any extensive legal fees.
• Defended numerous employment discrimination
complaints brought before administrative agencies, resulting
in the closure of such cases based on findings of “no
probable cause” or “no evidence of violation.”
• Prepared and worked up numerous cases to trial,
resulting in favorable settlements for clients.
